Tax profiles
Tax profiles belong to the Organization, because the tax identity is the legal business. Organization Admins create them; every Brand’s documents can use them.
Tax-exclusive example
The line amount is the net; tax is added to reach the total.
Tax-inclusive example
The line amount already contains the tax; Hectile shows the net and tax portions inside it.
Multiple tax components
Some regimes split one tax into named parts. A profile with two components prints each part separately while the total stays the same as a single combined rate.
You choose the treatment
Hectile calculates what you configure and prints it clearly. It does not determine which tax applies to a sale, whether you must register, which rate is correct, or where the place of supply is — and it does not file returns. If you are unsure, confirm the treatment with your tax adviser before finalizing documents.
Editing a tax profile affects lines you add afterwards. Issued documents keep the tax exactly as calculated at finalization.

Tax profiles belong to the Organization, because the legal entity is the taxpayer. All Brands of that Organization share them.
No. It prints the identifiers you enter and calculates the rates you configure. Validation and rate lookup are your responsibility.
Issued documents are locked. Cancel the invoice with a reason and issue a corrected one with the right profile.
