Reminders that chase for you

Set your reminder rules once — a nudge three days before, one on the due date, then every week while it’s overdue. Hectile sends them from your Brand with the link to pay, stops when the invoice is paid, and lets you pause for a customer who promised a date.

How it works

Four steps, no training needed

  1. Start from the recommended rules

3 days before, on the due date, and overdue every 7 days.

  2. Make them yours

Wording, the link and PDF, which Brand.

  3. Let them run

Only for issued invoices with a balance — never after payment.

  4. Pause when needed

Per invoice, or per customer in one switch.

Every invoice’s story

Know exactly what was sent

Each invoice’s Activity shows every reminder, pause and payment. Bulk reminders on Business send to everything overdue at once, with checks so nobody is reminded twice in 24 hours.

Promises

Pause, don’t forget

A customer promised to pay on the 24th? Pause reminders until then with the promised date and a note for your team. Held reminders are never sent late, and you’re told if the promised date passes.

Yes — the customer’s Automatic payment reminders switch holds every automatic reminder for them.

Do reminders use email credits?

Yes, one per recipient, like other customer emails (unless you send through your own mail server).

Can I add late fees?

Yes — late fees work alongside reminders as debit notes. See Late fees.
