Keep the details you use every day
Most small business invoices repeat: the same handful of customers, the same services, the same payment terms. Hectile stores those three things so a new document is a matter of choosing, not retyping.
When the customer needs a price before saying yes
Send an estimate with the lines, the total and a valid-until date. When the customer agrees, record the acceptance. That alone does not create an invoice — you choose when to create the invoice draft from it, so an accepted estimate never turns into a bill before the work is done. The estimate stays Accepted while the invoice is a draft and shows Converted once that invoice is finalized.
Business quotations use the same Estimate document type.
How estimates workPrepare, finalize, and send if you want to
Prepare and review
Pick the customer and services, set the issue and due dates, add a note. While it is a draft it has no number and everything is editable.
Finalize
Finalizing assigns the next official number for that brand — NS-INV-000033 here — and fixes the financial details. It is now a document you can rely on.

Record what came in. Know what is still due.
Customers pay by bank transfer, card machine, cash — outside Hectile. When they do, record the payment against the invoice. One payment or several, in full or in part: the balance and status follow the arithmetic, so you can see at a glance who still owes you.
Two people can run the billing, not just you.
A paid organization can have up to 20 members with two roles: Admin (settings, brands, members, billing) and Member (customers and documents). Everyone works on the same customers and documents. During the 7-day trial the organization has one member — you.
$12/month or $120/year per organization.
Unlimited invoices, estimates and customers; unlimited brands; up to 20 members. No per-seat or per-brand fees. Start with the 7-day free trial — one primary brand, one member. Add a payment method to begin; your plan starts when the trial ends unless you cancel first. Your billing country at checkout decides which price applies.

Yes. Customers are saved with contact details, billing address and preferred currency; items and services with a description and usual price. Both are shared by every brand in your organization and appear as choices when you build a document. You can still type a one-off customer or line when you need to.
Yes. Create an estimate with the same lines and a valid-until date, send or share it, and record Accepted or Declined when the customer replies. Recording acceptance does not create an invoice by itself. When you are ready, "Create invoice draft" copies the customer, currency and lines into a new draft; the estimate keeps its own number and stays Accepted while the invoice is a draft, then shows Converted once you finalize the invoice.
Yes. Record any amount up to the balance, with a date, method and reference. The invoice shows Partially Paid and the remaining balance. Record further payments as they arrive; when the balance reaches zero the invoice is Paid. Payments are records of money you received elsewhere — Hectile does not collect or detect payments.
Yes, on the paid plan: up to 20 members per organization, each as Admin or Member, working on the same customers and documents. The 7-day trial is limited to one member and one primary brand; adding members starts when the organization is activated.
No. Hectile handles the customer-facing side: estimates, invoices, sending and recording payments. It does not do bookkeeping, payroll, inventory, POS, expense management, bank feeds or tax filing. Configured tax profiles show taxes such as GST or VAT on documents, but Hectile does not file returns or guarantee compliance. Download document PDFs for your bookkeeper or accountant; payment records stay in Hectile alongside each invoice.
