No. You can create a customer while writing your first invoice. Saving customers just means you won't type their details again.
When you finalize it. Drafts show "Draft"; the brand's next number is assigned at finalization so your sequence has no gaps from abandoned drafts.
In your organization settings, add a brand with its own name, logo, contact details and numbering prefix. Customers, items and team members are shared automatically. Unlimited brands are included once you activate.
Yes. Record the amount received and the invoice becomes Partially Paid with the remaining balance shown. Record further payments until it is Paid.
Cancel from Billing before the trial ends and you won't be charged; the organization then becomes read-only. You can still view documents, download issued PDFs and existing secure links keep working. Ending the trial does not automatically delete your records.
