One customer email to one recipient uses one credit. An invoice to a customer with two people in CC uses three. BCC counts too.

Your allowance

PlanCredits a month
Standard1,000
Business, Founder and Premium Access5,000

It renews on the same day each month and doesn’t roll over. During the trial, customer emails are recorded but don’t use credits.

Need more?

Buy a pack — 1,000 or 10,000 credits, one-time. Purchased credits are used after the month’s allowance and don’t expire while your organization exists.

When credits run out

Customer emails are held — not lost — and go when credits are available again. Everything else keeps working. You’re warned at 20% left and when none is left.

Email Usage

Settings›Usage shows this month and earlier months, a daily chart, each sent email and the credits it used, and a CSV download.
