Notifications
The bell, the Notifications page and your own choices for in-app and email notices — instantly, daily or off.
Hectile tells you what needs your attention: online payments, estimate replies, “I’ve Paid” reports, invoices that became overdue, sends that failed, exports that are ready.
- The bell — unread count, grouped Today, Yesterday and Earlier. Open a notice to go to its document.
- Settings — your own notification choices.
Choose what you get
For each kind of notice: In-app on or off, and Email — Instantly, Daily summary or Off. Choices are yours alone, per organization. Open them from the account menu or the bell.
Who receives a notice

Notices are kept 90 days.
Owners: get Invoice paid online and Customer reported a payment instantly. Members: a Daily summary keeps the inbox quiet.
