- Shows the Brand and customer, amount, date, method and reference, the invoices it paid with TDS and charges, what’s still due, credit kept, the total in words and your signature.
- Download receipt on each payment on the invoice page and customer page; your customer downloads it from the invoice link.
- Advances are titled Receipt voucher for an advance; with GST on, a service advance’s receipt voucher shows the GST inside it.
- A voided payment’s receipt carries VOID.
Receipts are made fresh from the record each time and never stored. No email goes out on its own — online payments trigger the payment-received email.
