From request to Draft
A concrete example
A request from Clearpath Consulting Pvt. Ltd., an Indian Organization billing in INR.
“Invoice Sunrise Textiles for website redesign INR 50,000 plus 18% GST, annual hosting INR 12,000, due in 14 days.”
Plain-language request · sampleIn this example the request said “plus 18% GST” once. Whether hosting is also taxed at 18% is your decision — the Draft proposes it; you confirm or change it.

What AI does and does not do
AI does
- Propose Draft content from your words.
- Save nothing until you choose to.
AI does not
- Finalize or assign numbers.
- Send documents or emails.
- Record payments or mark documents Paid.
- Change issued documents.
- Replace manual creation — the editor is always available without AI.
AI actions and allowances
Each request that produces a proposed Draft uses one AI action. Allowances belong to the Organization and are shared by all its members.
Rewrite, notes and terms
The document editor also offers three smaller AI assists. Each uses 1 AI action and only suggests text: you review it, edit it and choose whether to use it. Nothing is saved or sent by AI.
- Rewrite description — a clearer version of one line’s description that keeps its facts.
- Draft notes — a short customer-facing note for the invoice or estimate.
- Draft terms — a starting draft of terms & conditions. AI drafting is not legal advice.
Common questions
An action is counted when a proposed Draft is produced. If the service cannot respond, create the document manually or try again later.
AI proposes values from your request. Always check that the customer and lines on the Draft are the records you intend — do not assume a match.
Admins and Members alike, within the shared Organization allowance. Admins manage AI Boost.
AI is available when the capability is enabled for your Organization. Even when available, no one is required to use it — manual creation is always there.
