AI Invoice & Estimate Generator
Describe what you need to bill in plain English. Hectile turns it into an invoice or estimate draft you can review, edit, and send — using your own customers, items, tax profiles and terms.
Sample prompt: Invoice Riverside Trading for brand identity and website design, USD 4,800, due in 14 days.
Plain English in. A reviewable draft out. You decide what goes out.
Describe it
"Invoice Riverside Trading for brand identity and website design, USD 4,800, due in 14 days." Write it the way you'd say it.
Hectile drafts
A customer match is suggested, items and quantities laid out, the rate you supplied applied, due terms set, and a configured tax profile proposed where it fits.
You review
Check amounts, tax, currency and customer. Edit anything. The document stays a Draft until you're satisfied.
Finalize and send
Finalizing assigns the number and produces the PDF. Send by email or secure link — only when you choose to.
From your request to a draft you can review.
Hectile structures the details you provide and suggests relevant matches from your configured information. Review the customer, amounts, dates, currency and tax before finalizing.
Invoices and estimates, for the way you actually work.
AI invoice generation
"Invoice Riverside Trading for brand identity and website design, USD 4,800, due in 14 days."
"Invoice Sunrise Textiles for the September consulting retainer, INR 50,000 plus 18% GST, due in 14 days."
"Invoice Riverside Trading for 80 hours of software development at USD 120 per hour, due in 30 days."
AI estimate & quotation generation
"Estimate for Palm Grove Hospitality: digital marketing campaign, AED 12,000 including 5% VAT, valid for 30 days."
"Quote Lakeside Café for a menu redesign at USD 1,200 and signage at USD 900, valid until the end of next month."
"Estimate for a two-day strategy workshop for Sunrise Textiles, INR 80,000 plus 18% GST, valid for 21 days."
Examples span three sample organizations (USD, INR with GST, AED with VAT) so each tax context is coherent. "Quote" here means a business quotation. Rates come from what you write or your saved items — Hectile does not estimate market prices, cost jobs, read receipts, take voice input or extract files.
When the estimate is accepted, the invoice is one step away.
Record the customer's acceptance, then convert the estimate into an invoice draft. Every line carries across; the invoice gets its own number when you finalize it. The same review step applies.
No document is finalized or sent until you confirm.
- Drafts only. AI never finalizes, issues or sends a document.
- No payments. AI never records a payment or changes a balance.
- Tax stays your call. It suggests profiles you configured; you confirm which applies before finalizing.
- Currency follows your defaults. Customer, brand and organization settings decide the currency; amounts are used as you wrote them — check them.
The draft lands in the same Hectile you already use.
AI Quick Create isn't a separate tool. The draft appears in your documents list under the right brand, uses your customers and saved items, and continues through the normal path: finalize, PDF, secure link, email, payment tracking.

Each AI Quick Create request uses one AI action. Allowances are counted per organization and shared by the whole team — including on yearly billing.

Questions about AI Quick Create
An invoice asks for payment and carries a due date. An estimate (or quotation) proposes work and carries a valid-until date. Hectile chooses the type from how you phrase the request, and you can change it before finalizing.
No. AI Quick Create only produces a draft. You review it, finalize it — which assigns the number and creates the PDF — and then decide whether to email it or share a secure link.
If your request mentions a tax you have configured, such as "plus 18% GST", Hectile suggests that tax profile. It never decides which tax applies to your business, and it never invents registrations or rates.
The same rules as any Hectile document: the customer's preferred currency, then the brand default, then the organization default. Amounts you write are used as written; nothing is converted.
Each AI Quick Create request is one action. The trial includes 10 in total; a paid organization includes 100 per month, shared across all members and counted the same way on yearly billing.
You can keep creating documents manually — nothing else changes. If you want more AI actions, AI Boost adds 250 per month as an optional monthly add-on.
Yes. Every feature works manually. AI Quick Create is a faster way to get to a draft, not a requirement.
Yes. Customers are matched by name, and saved items are suggested when your request matches them. If nothing matches, the draft leaves that field for you to complete.
Write the request. Review the draft. Send the invoice.
