Business Quotation Generator
Present your products or services in a professional, itemized business quotation. Show your offered prices, validity and terms using Hectile's estimate workflow.
"Quotation" here means a business price quotation — an itemized offer to supply goods or services at stated prices. In Hectile, quotations are created with the Estimate document type.
| Item | Qty | Unit price | Amount |

| POS terminal · countertop | 2 | 650.00 | 1,300.00 |
| Receipt printer | 2 | 180.00 | 360.00 |

| Support plan · 12 months | 1 | 540.00 | 540.00 |
Itemized products and services, offered prices, what's included, and how long it stands.
A good quotation answers the buyer's questions before they ask: exactly what is being supplied, in what quantity, at what unit price, with what included, and until when. Hectile lays that out clearly and totals it from the prices you supply.
Hectile structures the offer; it does not look up market prices or manage inventory and procurement.
Your identity, their reference, a clear offer.

One document type. Two names your customers already use.
Hectile has two document types: Invoice and Estimate. A business quotation is an Estimate — the same numbering, validity date, terms, PDF, sharing and outcome recording. The document's label reads "Estimate"; use the scope line and your terms to call it a quotation where your customers expect that word.
Create business quotations through the same Estimate workflow, with shared numbering, validity, delivery and outcome tracking — one consistent way of working for your team.

Save the products and services you offer with their unit prices, and pick them when quoting. Customer details and your brand identity are saved too. Nothing here tracks stock or purchasing — it's a price list for faster documents.
Deliver it the way your customer prefers.
Email the quotation from Hectile with the PDF attached and a secure link, copy the link into your own message, or download the PDF. You'll see when the link has been viewed.
No e-signature — the customer replies or accepts from the secure link, and the outcome is recorded on the quotation.
Record the outcome. Convert the agreed offer into an invoice draft.
When the customer confirms, your team marks the quotation Accepted, then creates an invoice draft from it. Hectile copies the customer, currency, items and prices into a separate draft; review its issue date, due date and payment terms before finalizing. The quotation stays Accepted with its own number and history, and the invoice receives its own official number only when finalized.

Quotation generator questions
An itemized offer to supply specific goods or services at stated prices, usually with a validity period and terms. It is a price quotation — not an inspirational quote — and not a request for payment.
They are the same document type. Hectile has Invoice and Estimate; a business quotation is created as an Estimate, with the same numbering, validity date, terms, PDF, sharing and outcome recording. The document label reads "Estimate".
Yes. Save products and services with unit prices and pick them when quoting, or type lines directly. Hectile is a price list for documents, not inventory or procurement software.
Yes. Each brand in your organization has its own logo, contact details and numbering. Quote from whichever brand the customer knows.
Choose a valid-until date when you prepare it. The quotation remains valid through that date. Because it uses Hectile's Estimate workflow, an open quotation shows as Expired after that date. The document stays in your records; expiry does not delete it or turn it into an invoice.
Email it from Hectile with the PDF and a secure link, share the link, or download the PDF. When the customer replies, your team records Accepted or Declined — or the customer accepts or declines from the secure link. There is no e-signature.
Record the acceptance, then create an invoice draft from the quotation. Hectile copies the customer, currency, items and prices into a separate draft; review its invoice dates and payment terms before finalizing. The quotation keeps its number and history, and the invoice receives its own official number when finalized. Payments are recorded separately after the invoice is issued.
Send a business quotation your customer can understand.
Present your offer with clear line items, supplied prices and terms. Keep the document on brand and carry agreed details into an invoice without starting again.
