No quantities on your service invoices? Turn off Quantity and rate and each line becomes one amount. No POs? The editor stops asking. Issued documents keep the fields they were issued with, so changing your mind never alters history.

What happens to documents if I turn a feature off?
They stay in Documents and can be opened, downloaded and sent; links already shared keep working.
Are GST fields controlled here?
Yes. With GST invoicing on, the fields GST requires on tax invoices are locked on.
Can I start over?
Yes — “Start again from a starting point” resets every switch to one of the four starting points.
