Set the date you started with Hectile and import invoices from before it. The reconciliation shows invoiced, paid and still due per customer, Brand and currency — compare it with your old ageing report, then import. Opening balances work too, even in the trial.

Which software can I import from?

Any that exports CSV or Excel — Zoho, Tally, Vyapar, QuickBooks, spreadsheets. Common column names are matched.

Will my customers get emails?

No. Imports send nothing, and imported invoices start with reminders off.

Do imported invoices keep their numbers?

Yes — original numbers, dates and named tax amounts.
