Your plan starts automatically.
The trial starts when you add a payment method. When it ends, the monthly or yearly plan you chose begins and your saved payment method is charged — we email you 24 hours before. Cancel before the trial ends and you won't be charged: your organization becomes read-only, and you can still sign in, view your documents and customers, and download PDFs you already issued. Existing secure document links keep working unless you revoke them. Activate whenever you're ready. Ending the trial does not automatically delete your records.
The same read-only state applies if a paid subscription lapses. Cancellation and refund terms are set out in the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Your first owned organization. The trial starts when you add a payment method from Billing — nothing is charged until it ends. A second organization you own does not receive another trial, and joining an organization someone else owns doesn't consume yours.
Yearly billing is $120 per organization, the same as ten monthly payments — so two months free compared with twelve monthly payments (save $24 a year). You're billed the full yearly amount up front.
Yes. Each legal business is its own organization with its own subscription. Within one organization you can add unlimited brands for the same price.
No. One organization price covers up to 20 members. There are no per-seat charges.
A paid organization includes 100 AI actions per month, shared across all members and counted the same way on yearly plans. AI Boost is an optional add-on for 250 more actions a month, billed monthly and cancellable any time. There is no unlimited AI.
The plan you chose starts automatically and your saved payment method is charged. We email you 24 hours before with the amount and the exact time. If you cancel during the trial, you aren't charged: access continues until the trial ends, then becomes read-only. Your records are not deleted — you can view everything, download issued PDFs and activate whenever you like.
Yes, at any time from your organization's billing settings. Cancelling during the trial stops the first charge; cancelling a paid plan keeps access to the end of the period you've paid for, then it becomes read-only. Refund terms are set out in the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
