Frequently asked questions
Is Hectile accounting software?
No. Hectile is focused on the documents and payments you deal with every day — invoices, estimates, receipts, reminders and GST files — without a chart of accounts. Hand your accountant ready files for Tally, Zoho Books, Xero or QuickBooks.
Is Hectile ready for GST?
Yes — Hectile is built for GST: with GST invoicing on, tax invoices are checked against GST’s rules before they’re issued, and Hectile prepares GSTR-1 and e-way bill files. You (or your accountant) upload and file on the government portals; Hectile doesn’t generate e-invoices (IRN).
Can I manage more than one brand?
Yes. Business includes unlimited Brands in one Organization, each with its own logo, numbering and template, sharing customers and items.
How do customers pay me?
However they like: bank transfer or UPI from your payment instructions and QR code, or Pay Now through your own Razorpay account in India. Hectile records every payment and never takes a cut.
Can I use Hectile without AI?
Yes. AI is an optional helper; everything works without it, and you can turn it off in Settings → Features.
What happens after the 7-day trial?
The plan you chose — Standard or Business, monthly or yearly — starts, and we email you 24 hours before. Cancel before the trial ends and you won’t be charged.
