Turn the portal on
Settings → Features, then choose what it shows in Online Payments.
Give contacts access
Tick Portal on the customer’s contacts.
Share the address
Each Brand has its own: hectile.com/p/your-brand.
Customers sign in
They see only your Brand’s documents for their company.
Secure without a password
Customers enter their email and get a 6-digit code from your Brand. Codes expire in 10 minutes; sessions last 30 days on the device. Remove a contact’s access, archive the customer or turn the portal off, and access ends at once.

While the portal is on, invoice and estimate emails include a link to it. Choose which sections appear: estimates, receipts, statement and Download all PDFs.

Is the portal separate from Hectile accounts?
Yes. Portal sign-in is just for your customers’ contacts and gives no access to your Hectile account.
Can a contact belong to two customers?
Yes — they choose the company after signing in.
Do portal sign-in emails use credits?
No. Portal sign-in codes are never charged.
Can customers pay several invoices?
With Razorpay connected and part payments turned on, they can tick open invoices of one currency and pay them together.
