The customer portal
Give customers one page per Brand to see their invoices, estimates, receipts and statement — and pay several invoices at once.
- Signed in — the customer’s contact, with Sign out.
- Sections — Invoices, Estimates, Receipts and Statement (you choose which).
- Pay several — tick open invoices and pay them together (Razorpay).
Turn it on
- Settings → Features → Customer portal
It needs several contacts per customer.
- Choose what it shows
Settings → Online Payments: Estimates, Receipts, Statement, Download all PDFs.
- Give contacts portal access
Tick Portal on a customer’s contacts (they need an email).
- Share the address
Each Brand has one: hectile.com/p/your-brand. Invoice emails link to it automatically.
How customers sign in
They enter their email and get a 6-digit code from your Brand — valid 10 minutes. Sessions last 30 days on the device. Remove a contact’s access, archive the customer or turn the portal off, and access ends at once.
Portal sign-in is only for your customers’ contacts. It gives no access to your Hectile account, and portal sign-in emails never use credits.
