In India, GST requires records to be kept for 72 months after the due date of the annual return for the year. Settings›Organization›Records reminds you, with buttons to export data and download all PDFs.
Closing an organization
Only the Owner can ask to close it. Hectile asks you to download first, then support confirms what is removed and when.
