Signature, total in words, UPI and custom fields
Add your signature or stamp, the amount in words, a UPI QR code, Ship To and your own fields to documents.

- Ship To / Service At — the customer’s saved address or a one-off address.
- Custom field — your own field, like Project code.
- Total in words — lakh and crore for rupees.
- UPI QR code — the balance and invoice number for any UPI app (India).
- Signature — under “For your legal name”, with your signatory line.
Set them up
Settings
- Open Settings → Brands → On your documents
For the Brand.
- Upload a signature or stamp
PNG or JPEG up to 2 MB; choose which documents show it.
- Turn on Total in words
English; lakh and crore for rupees.
- Add your UPI ID and payee name
India only.
- Add custom fields
Up to five per Brand: label, documents, default value, shown or internal.
Customer custom fields (up to five) are in Settings›Organization and show under Bill To.
An image of a signature isn’t a digital signature — it’s the familiar authorised-signatory look on the PDF.
Common questions
Do issued documents change if I edit a field?
No. Changes apply to documents issued afterwards.
When does the UPI QR show?
On rupee invoices and proformas with a balance, while the Brand has a UPI ID and the field is on. Above ₹1,00,000 the amount is left for the customer to enter.
