Export everything to Excel or CSV, download every PDF for a period as a ZIP, and download “I’ve Paid” files.

  1. Export data — documents, lines, taxes, payments, allocations, credit, settlements, customers, items and custom fields (Owner and Admins).
  2. Download all PDFs — invoices, notes, estimates, proformas and receipts for a period as one ZIP (Business).
  3. Prepared files — kept 24 hours, then deleted.

  2. Choose the period and Brands

    All time works.

  3. Excel or CSV

    One workbook, or a ZIP of CSVs.

  4. Download

    Large exports are prepared in the background; you’re told when they’re ready.

Every row carries its ID and the IDs it belongs to, so everything reconciles. The export is your record to keep or move — not a restore into Hectile. Every export and download is in the audit log.
