Three kinds of access
Signing in
Use an email account you control and protect, and do not share sign-in messages. Support will never ask for a code or a link from your inbox.
Check the intended Organization before you work
Everything you create belongs to the Organization that is active when you create it. If you belong to several — your own business and a client’s, say — check the Organization name shown in the app before adding customers or issuing documents. Documents cannot be moved between Organizations afterwards.
