Paying part or several invoices online
Let customers pay part of a balance on Pay Now, or several invoices together in the portal with one receipt.
Pay part
In Settings›Online Payments›Customers can pay part choose the smallest part — 10%, 25% or 50% of the balance, or a fixed amount — and where it’s allowed: every invoice, or only invoices you mark (Online payment → Customer can pay part).
The customer chooses The balance or Another amount (at least the smallest part, never more than the balance). Each part gets its own receipt; the rest stays due with reminders.
Pay several (portal)
In the customer portal, customers tick open invoices of one currency and pay them together. One payment, one receipt, applied oldest first. If an invoice changed meanwhile, the payment is flagged for your review — never an overpayment.
