Brand access
Limit Members and Viewers to chosen Brands so they see only those Brands’ documents, balances and reports.
On Business, Members and Viewers can work on All Brands — including Brands added later — or only chosen Brands. Owners and Admins always have every Brand.
What limited people see
- Only their Brands’ documents, recurring invoices, payments, receipts, credit and reports.
- The customer list stays whole (customers are shared), but other Brands’ documents and balances are hidden.
- Notices only about their Brands.
- Items limited to Brands they can use.
Set it
- Open Settings → Team
Find the person.
- Choose Brand access
All Brands, or tick the Brands they work on.
- Save
It applies at once, everywhere.
Settings → Brands names the people who don’t have the new Brand yet, so you can add it to them.
Common questions
Is Brand access on Standard?
No — Standard has one Brand, so there’s nothing to limit.
If I remove a Brand from someone, what happens to their notices?
The bell and the Notifications page stop showing notices about Brands they no longer have.
