Open the Brand’s settings
Settings → Brands → On your documents.
Upload a signature
PNG or JPEG; Hectile tidies it to a clean image.
Add custom fields
Label, which documents, a default value, shown or internal.
Use them on documents
The editor’s Document details card takes the values.

Which documents show the signature?
Invoices, credit notes and proformas by default; estimates when you tick them.
Is the total in words available in other languages?
English for now — lakh and crore for rupees, thousand, million and billion with the currency’s minor unit elsewhere.
Can customers see internal custom fields?
No. Internal fields stay inside Hectile.
Do issued documents change if I edit a field?
No. Issued documents keep their values; changes apply to documents issued afterwards.
