Does WhatsApp sharing cost credits?

No. Only customer emails sent through Hectile use email credits.

Can I send a reminder on WhatsApp?

Yes — Send Reminder offers By email or On WhatsApp, with the reminder wording. It counts as a reminder for the 24-hour gap.

What if the customer has no phone number?

WhatsApp opens and asks you to pick the chat.

Does it work on a computer?

Yes. It opens WhatsApp Web or the desktop app.
