Questions about Online payments (Pay Now)
Does Hectile hold my money?
No. Payments go to your own Razorpay account. Hectile records them from Razorpay’s confirmation.
Can I turn Pay Now off for one invoice?
Yes. The per-invoice switch removes the Pay button from that invoice’s link and emails.
What does it cost?
Nothing extra from Hectile. Razorpay charges its own processing fees.
Is it available outside India?
Not yet. Outside India, add your payment instructions and record payments as they arrive.
