Is a refund sent from Hectile?

In India, does an advance need GST?
Service advances can carry GST. With GST invoicing on, Record Advance asks what it’s for and the receipt voucher shows the GST inside it.
Can I undo a write-off?
Owners and Admins can void it; the balance returns.
