Recommended

Start with Create a Draft to review for the first two months. When the amounts are steady, switch to Issue and email.

  • Month-end: each date is worked out from the start date, so the 31st stays the 31st in long months.
  • Never twice: each scheduled date makes exactly one invoice.
  • Pause, resume, end: skipped dates aren’t billed later.
  • Online payment can be switched off per schedule and carries to each invoice.
  • If an automatic email fails, the invoice stays issued and the Owner and Admins are told.

Common questions

Does it charge the customer’s card?

No — it sends an invoice. Customers pay by your usual methods or Pay Now.

Can I change the amount?

Edit the schedule; the next run uses it. Issued invoices don’t change.
