Bulk actions
Select many documents to send, remind, download as PDFs, mark as sent or export — in one go.
On Business, tick documents in the list — or Select all N matching your filters — and a bar offers:

| Export selected | A CSV of number, type, status, customer, Brand, dates, currency, total and balance |
Everything goes through the sending queue at a steady pace, as the person who chose it. Emails are held if email credits run out and go when credits return.
Standard shows the checkboxes with a note that selecting several documents is part of Business. Viewers can download and export only.
