One plan per Organization
Every Organization has its own subscription. Unlimited Brands and up to 20 members are included, so the price does not change as your business adds trading names or people.

Your billing country determines which price applies. All Hectile and AI Boost prices exclude tax; applicable taxes are added at checkout. It is separate from the currencies your documents use — invoice each customer in the currency they expect.
What the trial includes
Second Organizations and invitations
A second owned Organization
Does not receive another trial. A separate legal business needs its own paid activation from the start.
Being invited
Joining someone else’s Organization as a member does not use your own trial. If you later create an Organization of your own, it can still be your first eligible trial.
When a trial ends
The plan you chose begins automatically and your saved payment method is charged. We email your billing contact 24 hours before, with the amount, the exact time in their time zone and a link to cancel. If you cancel during the trial, you aren't charged and the trial runs to its end; then the Organization becomes read-only. Paid access starts once the first charge is confirmed. Some Indian bank and UPI payments take up to about two days to confirm after the charge; until the first payment is confirmed the Organization stays read-only, and it gains no extra paid access while it waits. You and your team can still sign in, see everything and download issued PDFs, and existing secure links keep working — but new work is paused until you activate.

Trial expiry does not silently delete the Organization’s data. Records stay in place so you can activate and continue where you left off.
Activate and manage the subscription
Organization Admins activate the subscription, choose monthly or yearly billing and manage it afterwards. Members see the Organization’s status but cannot change billing.
AI allowance and AI Boost
When AI is enabled, a paid Organization includes 100 AI actions per month; the trial includes ten in total. AI Boost adds 250 actions per month for " + (s.region === 'India' ? '₹199 per month' : '$5 per month') + ", and can be added by an Admin of a paid Organization. Allowances are shared by everyone in the Organization and unused actions do not roll over.

No. Hectile has a 7-day trial and one paid plan per Organization. The trial needs a payment method and continues into your plan unless you cancel; a cancelled trial leaves the Organization read-only until it is activated.
No. The subscription is per Organization and includes unlimited Brands and up to 20 members.
Admins choose the billing interval when activating and can manage the subscription afterwards from the Organization’s billing settings.
Each legal entity is its own Organization with its own subscription. Brands are for one legal business trading under several names.
An Organization Admin cancels renewal from the Organization’s billing settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period; access continues until then, then the Organization becomes read-only. Cancelling alone does not refund an existing charge.
A full refund can be requested within 14 days of your first paid subscription purchase (once per legal business), an accidental renewal within 7 days if nothing new has been issued, sent or used with AI since, and an unused AI Boost within 14 days.
